Employee Travel

All company-related travel and home visits is currently under review. We believe that limiting travel is our safest and best option for reducing the risks of infection. Employees with pre-planned home visit appointments, customer visits, or events are receiving assistance to cancel their travel. For Abbey Broadway consultants in regions with rapid spread and a high number of confirmed cases of coronavirus locally, this will include canceling in-person appointments

Remote Work

Abbey Broadway has always been a strong proponent of remote work receiving hundreds of will writing instructions via our postal and online service. In light of the current situation, we are leaning even more heavily into remote work and is asking potential client to arrange their wills this way

Abbey Broadway Home Visits

For anyone planning a Home visit appointment, or move forward with an in-person meeting with an Abbey Broadway employee, we encourage you to first connect with your Abbey Broadway Consultant to confirm their visit or postpone it. In regions with high- and medium-risk of infection, we discourage in-person meetings and visits for customers, partners, and candidates. And if you’ve recently traveled to an impacted area, we encourage you to cancel your home visit appointment.

In addition to taking the precautions above, we are keeping empathy top of mind. It is a stressful time for our communities around the country, and so we want to do everything we can to minimize panic and maximize safety.
